Receiving text

Hi, just bought my first Sony mobile, done all the updates and now on Android 4.4.4.My problem is reading an incoming text,because it is white text on a blue background. Can this be changed or have I got to download a different message app?

Different messaging app as that is the stock system on all new'er Xperia devices

Try changing the THEME in Settings - Personalisation scroll down to Themes........this MAY change the colours for you :smileysmileywink:

Hi, thanks for that, now have white text on black background, which is more visible to me. Will try it for a while but might have to go for another app. Any reccomendations?

You should have a few options with pre installed Themes on your phone.......i use a different Home Launcher so have a few Themes downloaded, there are so many to choose from on the Play Store :smileysmileywink:
