my z2 bent half way up the phone and the platic has cracked both sides through to the sd and and sim slot so aint waterproof any more. i only had the phone 14days was getting hot just from going on facebook and looking on net.

Hi, sorry to hear that......as mentioned the phone will get hot during use of games/videos etc but will not allow the heat to get so hot as to damage the phone, a warning appears on screen & the actual phone will shut down. Do you think the damage to your phone was caused by heat or something else & have you contacted your place of purchase or local Xperia Care Centre about this

Sent phone off for repair they said it wasn't under warranty and came back scratched and with SIM cover missing! Who do I contact?! Spoke to Sony Xperia is there anyone I can speak to higher up as they said they will get back to me in 3-5 days when I've already waited 2 weeks without a phone. Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear that but you have to contact your local Xperia and request to speak with a supervisor. 

Perhaps @Johan @Hampus could comment a bit more on this.
