Z1C no function at all

Hi,

my 3month old Z1C quit from one sec to the other.

Powerplug just activates the red LED for a few minutes.

The hard-reset (Power-On + Volume+) wont help.

For the Support-Homepage, to send the Z1C to repair I need the ID-Number. But my Z1C wont start any more!!!

Any idea what to do?

Hi,

I suggest that you disconnect your phone from any kind of power source, hold the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5-10 seconds. Without trying to power on the phone, connect it to the charger via wall socket and let it charge for 1-2 hours to see if the phone powers on.

You can find the IMEI-number at the label tray which is located behind the cover of the Micro SIM-card slot:

You can get the IMEI number from the white plastic sheet that is next to the sim card. 

With this number it should be possible to send it in.
