Z1 won't charge fully or switch on after running out of charge

My z1 is 18months old. Won't charge over 86%. And when it runs out of charge won't charge or switch on. Occasionally it works with restart. Any ideas.

I suggest that you contact your nearest Sony service center to get it inspected:

Also if you have any task killers, battery managers, cache cleaners, try to get rid of them.
