hi there! I got a d2305, if I call or if someone call me, from the other side they cannot hear me but I do hear them very clear. But when I activate the speaker, sometimes they can barely hear me, anyway it is still a problem..! Please I need some help. Thanks in advance! 🙂

Have you exposed the phone to water?

are this calls made through an app or regular calls?

On a normal call no body hear me but on an internet call they do, what causes that?

Yes, I Did try the safemode but the problem persist

No, my device was not exposed to the water. But i saw my little niece playing with it. And the calls where made through an app..

Ok so the problem is a third party app, make regular calls and see if you experience the same issue.

Also, do your phone has a protective case and/or film that might be covering the mic?

I just want to clear up that my little niece was not playing any game.. She was only handling the device.. And is a regular call when you call to a conventional number not to a mobile? If so, yes, i tried that as well. And finally I already set freemy device from the protective case and the issue persist....
