Z1 update 4.3 downloaded stuck at 91% with SUS and PC companion

My Z1 update or repair download status stuck at 91% or at 783/886 mb.

It show download failed. Please help!~

You will have to start the whole update process all over again

Have you disconnected the phone?

i had repeat downloaded couple time, that message still same, download imcomplete.

at the same time, i also using different pc or internet line download , final result still remain.:smileyconfused:

It is update 4.3 available at Malaysia ? I'm third day too stuck at 91%.... but i'm updated my X ZR it pass...

This is strange,do you have bad internet connection?

I got 2 units of Z1 (6903) white one pass without problem, but the black one looped 89 - 91% and no go.. even bad internet condition still to my experience it will continue to download, but not in this case.

anyway, in corporate what should we provide to help Sony to figure and solve this problem?
