Z1 not recognizing the headset

My Z1 suddenly lost the headset connection and not recognize it anymore, few reboots and clearing data of SmartConnect take no effect on this issue.

With the simple headphones phone works fine.

I also tried SoundAbout to manually reroute sound to headset and it work! But it's not normal fix on issue.

How do i fix this issue? Did I need to take my phone into the service?

You could boot on safe mode or repair the phone with PCC but it seems that you should contact your local Xperia Care

You can also check the 3.5mm and look for any dirt
