xperia arc s(lt18i) keeps on restarting

i already use pcc but it dosenot detect my device what should i do?

Have you unlocked the bootloader or flash a Custom ROM?

Remove both the SD and SIM cards and try to turn it on

If the above down't work, try this 

Remove both SIM and SD cards > keep the phone off > connect the phone to a wall charger > let it charge for 30mins-1hr 

on your computer: run PCC > click on repair > then follow the steps > make sure to keep the phone off.

i already tried that but its not working & i already tried to press back key and connect to pc. but its also not working to connect with pcc. it only shows green light in notifiction led......now what should i do sir?

while doing this process i 'll have to connect the phone to pc but switched off & i 'll have to press back key or not?
