Z1 Lock screen

I use a pin code for my screen unlock.

Sometimes there is a swipe screen before the pin code screen after coming out of standby.  But sometimes it goes straight to the pin code screen from standby.

Now this really isn't a massive inconvenience either way.  However the swipe screen looks a bit smarter and if I hold down the unlock key it opens up some shortcuts.  I've taken some screen shots off the phone below.

My questions with the screen unlocking, are.

1.  Does anyone else have the same issue and is it something controlled through settings?

2.  What should be normal?

3.  Is there anyway to change the shortcut options?

Do you have a different lock screen and/or home launcher?

I'm almost certain that your issues is with your lockscreen app, or home launcher app, etc.

Phone is completeley standard from O2 UK.  Its had all its updates, etc.

Like I say sometimes get the swipe screen into pin code screen and sometimes straight to the pin code screen.

I suppose I'll have to wait and see if any other O2 UK owners comment.

I thought it odd how it changes though after the phone is powered down and up again.

Just out of curiosity

go to Settings > apps > running > cached process > do you see Xperai Home?
