Z1 LED Notification won't work

hi

just got this phone and I have noted that the LED only turns orange when charging, it will not display any other colour for missed call, text notifications.

I have looked around but can't find anything that specifically relates to this issue with this phone.

anyone else have this problem, but more imporantly a solution.

I used to have a sony phone but didn't like them ages ago, had iphones since. so glad to be back to sony. PLEASE don't let me down

FYI it works when the call is received, but not after to alert me to the fact that it was missed.

Do you have stamina mode on?

Did you try Settings -> display -> "Pulse notification light" ?

This works with Stamina turned on too.

I just received my phone yesterday and have the same problem.

The (amber) LED works while charging, the (white) LED blinks during an incoming call but will not work otherwise.

I also installed the "Light Flow Lite" application and enabled the LED test and that didn't light it up either.

Pulse notification light is checked off.

Pulse notification light must be checked on to make it notify you when there's a missed call but its a small bluish white light only....to me its easy to miss it if you're looking at it intently...

you need to turn pulse notification light on... thats what lets the led work...

Sorry, my mistake. I meant to say that my Pulse Notification light is ON.

I also realized that my Light Flow app test does indeed turn on the notification light. I just had to turn off the screen for the light to come on.

Furthermore, by using Light Flow in Direct mode, I can get the notification light to come on.

I'll continue to test it and double check my settings but it still looks like a phone problem to me.

Did a factory reset and the phone is working properly now. Thanks for the help!
