Z1 compact problem with the power/off button and the volume down button, rest is fine

Hello, good night. I have a problem with my z1 compact black button on/off and the volume + button, rest works fine as i said in the title of my message. Well i need to know if this is a normal problem in all defices, since i have bought this device i founded a normal work in everything issue happened on it, not gived more problems and succesfully. But this is a big trouble i cant restart my device with power + volume up etc... And i cant turn on/off my device only when i press camera screen comes on, in my magnetic charge base dk31 the mobile phone comes on too when i put on it or i put it off and too when i press volume down, i cant hear my notifications and more things. Well someone knows whats happening? Regards!!

I have some news. The phone bricked, i cant turn it on pressing any buttons, and with cable or dock (all original) doing rare things. First when i connect cable to dock from the original charger, it vibrates and again and again...

When i put the cable to the phone, since the original charger, notification led comes red vibrates 3 times and put off led, and in 1 second comes red vibrates 3 times, off and again and again...

When i put cable (original) to the computer, led comes red vibrates 3 times, comes blue fast and turned off, in 1 second led comes red vibrates 3 times comes blue, and off... and again and again...

Anyway screen comes on, red button pressed and no way.

Now im lost, i will contact with my support.
