hi

my xperia z3 display screen suddenly lift up and i do not know what i must do

i am wondering it is amazing!!!!! i have other mobile like LG, Samsung, iPad , ... but it first year i buy this phone my screen lift up!!!

i live in Iran and there is not any official support 

I search about Official sony mobile support center in Iran

they siad to me: we only support phones that we import to Iran and

sony does not provide us any spare part for repairing phones that have international guarantee in Iran.

any help to fix this issue?

Hi,

Since this is related to hardware, it needs to be examined/fixed at an authorized service center. If I understand you correctly, you have bought the phone abroad? Our warranty is based on different regions and if the phone is not launched in the country that you're within, spare parts may not be available etc. I suggest that you contact your retailer to see if they can assist you in this matter or that you send an email to your local support team for further information:

i found two local sony support that say there are official sony mobile support:

Arman Hamrah Aryan is authorized distributor of Sony mobile phone in Iran

Arman Hamrah Aryan (Aryan)

but no answer to fix my phone

Unfortunately, I'm loacted at the Nordic market and have therefore no information which service centers that are used in Iran. Perhaps you can contact a support team closer to your region which may have further information, for example Egypt.

Otherwise, I can only advise you to contact your retailer to get further information how you can proceed with this.

I contact egypt and get official sony support center in iran and i goes there in Tehran
But the sony support in iran said to me your phone does not have any guarantee and we can not fix it even with money

So my problem does not solved

Sorry to hear that. But as I understand it, you have bought the phone aboard and that may be a reason (since warranty is not world wide) why they cannot repair your device in Iran.

I can only suggest that you contact your retailer in this matter to see if they are able to assist you in some way.

Since i think becuase lack of supervision of sony headquarter on their work and operation inside iran

So i deside to repair my phone in unofficial repair shop
