Z1 Compact charging issue - Cheap customer servcie

I bought Sony Xperia Z1 compact about 8 months ago from authorized seller. Now the phone stopped charging. Sony has asked me to send the phone back for repair but the irony is they are not even giving the retrun label. Product is very cheap and I think no quality testing is done on it. I will never buy even a dime worth product from Sony because products are cheap and customer service is horrible. All the phone providers at the least provide retrun labels, but SONY is trying to save 8-10 $ with cheap service attitude. I dont trust whether or not my phone will be returned with quality service done on it. May SONY would start asking for return labels from customers after repairs, never know.

Xperia support is useless hence posting it here in user support forums. I wish other users see these posts and stop buying cheap SONY products.

Issue is phone charges intermitantly, it never charges more than 15%. I bought this phone in USA and as per SONY customer support center SONY do not provide backup phone, no return label and there is no appropriate time for repair.

I know Fry's electronics does give backup computers using their warranty, but I haven't seen anywhere about a backup phone, not even carriers do that, I know AT&T will send you a replacement phone within 3 days if you have their damage protection insurance, with that said, did you purchased the damage protection insurance? did you purchased this phone directly at a Sony store? 

Have you tried to repair the phone with PCC? use different USB cables and/or wall chargers?

My phone is in Manufacturer warranty, why should I buy extra insurance? Whats the point in giving Warranty of one year?

On top of that no one on this earth expects customer to ship the under warranty phone on their cost. Atleast companies do provide return labels. Anyways I suggest stop selling cheap phones to customer...

I sent my phone to Service center and the response received is Motherboard cannot be repaired and the unit is tampered. Just blaming the customer for low quality products made by SONY. Guys if you are reading this make sure not to buy SONY products even if they give the products for free... Cheap is not worth keeping...
