Z1 Camera Special Effects problem

I have Xperia Z1, it only 1 moth old. Everything is running fine exept for the Spcial Effects app of the camera, as soon as i hit the button to take a pic, it goes back to home page, any suggestions ??!!! plz help

So you cannot record or take a picture with the special effects? Try to clear data for the camera app under settings-apps-all.

it worked, hope it wont do it again

Sometimes the camera app is very solicitated and needs refreshing with clearing data.
