Z Ultra screen broken and not visible with no USB debugging enabled and with known pattern lock

Hello everybody,

I am ravi, and i own a Sony Z Ultra mobile, Unfortunately its screen got broken and completely not visible. As repair costs are more i would ike to access it from Xperia Companion, but the probem here is 'through software repair' i can't access mobile without data loss as the phone is guarded by pattern lock.

1) I know the lock pattern of my mobile, But USB debuggig is not enabled. Can i enable USB debugging without data loss from PC using USB cable.

2) My laptop has got HDMI port, if connect Z Ultra using MHL/HDMI ports can i navigate using laptops mouse pointer ?

3) Is there any option given from Sony to disable pattern lock without data loss. so that i can use third party tools to explore mobile.

Thanks for all those who understand my situation and try to suggest me right things.

Regards,

Ravi M.

Hi Thank you for your reply.

The post guides

On your computer go to MyXperia > login > select your device > lock > enter a 4 digit pin > lock.

My device is not listed here, i just signedup here first time. I guess it is not activated. Is there any other go?

The main thing is the mobile screen is completely blank.:smileyconfused: i can not enter PIN in mobile.

I am sorry,

This is for locking, not for unlocking.
