I bought z ultra on 24 April 15 and phone worked fine till 26 June 15 on this date phone stopped charging and died completely due to low battery gave the device to service center they said device will b replaced z ultra can't be repaired OK. After a few days they said z ultra manufacturing has stopped we do not have any z ultra in Stock offered Xperia z I refused they arranged a refurbished z ultra from a customer who threw it because of unknown issues and gave the replacement z ultra to me on Sunday July 12 after using the replacement z ultra for six hours device screen started fading and screen developed green and red lines automatically. Now customer service says give the device get a Xperia z or forget about z ultra Sony India Delhi service head ASI says I can't do anything and now he doesn't respond to calls. What shall I do filing a case in consumer Forum would do the job or not? I want only z ultra and now a brand new one otherwise I am going to defame Sony for cheating with its customers. Your company is cheating with the customers.you make a below standard device and sell it for 48000 rs and the replacement you gave was not even worth of being called a replacement. The ASI said I knew this problem will happen with the replacement as well so why they gave me the defective piece then? Answer me?? Is it the customers' fault??
