Yellow tint?

Anyone else got a yellow tint to their Sola screen? I'm just wondering if this is a problem with my unit or if the phone just has "warm" colors. Here's a picture comparing it with Nokia E7 and Galaxy S3.

Did you find a difference when the brightness level is changed?

It only improves a tiny bit but it's still yellow especially when compared to S3 or iPad.

You are right.. I did check my sola and its the same yellowish screen.

I dont think Sony has any fix to this issue.

The unit that was on display also had the same yellowish hue. Guess maybe it's just the phone's normal color? Need more people to post :smileygrin:

That never hit me, but yes, the sola screen have some yellowish tint.

It seam less apparant with auto bightness off.

Yeah I guess leaving auto-brightness off is a good idea. It's not that bad, but it gets annoying when you use another device then switch back to Sola and notice how "yellower" it is.

Anyone else? I'd really like to confirm this to see if I should exchange it for a new one or not. It's kind of a hassle for me so it'd be nice to know if I should bother.

I have also checked this and it's not a problem with the phone. The color hue of displays differ between models. Check the warranty documents for more info.
