xperis arc s unbootable

i have xperia arc s 2.3.4
  build 4.0.2.A.0.62
  bootloder locked
i  want to update and the problem that i cant update in any way by sony pc  companion or in update service or by flashing in flashtool

coz i cant inter flashmode or fastboot mode

ex: when i used update service they told me to turn off the phone and press back and hold when im plug in the USB cabl

but the LED just flashed for less than a second

and i had googled the problem toooooooooooooo much and no sulotion

I suggest that you try with Update Service again. Make sure that you phone is fully charged.

Change USB ports a couple of times if you can't get the phone to connect.

If you still have problem I recommend that you try on another PC.
