Messages doesn't work

I have juste updated my phone to the jelly bean version. But now I can't open my messages anymore... Everytime when I want to open them, my phone says: messages stopped... Can somebody help me?

Go to settings > apps > the tab all > messaging > clear data > restart your phone and try again.
