Xperia ZR C5502 Upgrade to 4.2 / 4.3

Hello All,

I am using a Xperia ZR (C5502) in Pune, Maharashtra, India. I have been browsing to find out when is it likely to have the upgradation in place for my handset or whether it will be to 4.2 or directly to 4.3. But then, I read somehwere that the upgradation will be available only for C5503 ZR handsets. So, my queries are the following:

1. Can anyone confirm whether the information is correct that only C5503 is eligible for the uogradation hence ZR handsets C5502 will be deprived of it.

2. Anyone in India (Airtel) has received the over-the-air upgration for Xperia ZR (C5502/C5503)?

My ZR is Android 4.1.2 why software update said is latest , in your website latest is 4.2 .

Check with PC Companion whether the Software update notification is visible, if not, then probably in your country/region the Jelly Bean 4.2.2 is not yet released by Sony.
