Xperia ZL Suddenly powered down, Now unresponsive.

So I was using my Xperia ZL earlier today to look something up in the Chrome app. IThe screen suddenly went black, and became completely unresponsive. When this occured I remember it was still around 90% charge, and after four hours to charge nothing had changed.

I have tried pushing the power off button on the back, hard resetting, and using the Sony PC Companion to try and repair it (once I got to the point where it asked me to plug in the phone and after it detected it, it would advance, it failed to ever recognize it. I confirmed that both the usb port and the data cable being used were properly working.)

None of these have resulted in any response form the phone. My computer does not even detect it when plugged in. I was hoping somebody may have some idea what as to what happened, and what course of action I can take, to either fix the phone myself or having it repaired.

There is also no damage to the phone other thatn some minor scratches to the screen.

Also on a side note I'm currently traveling so I have limited access to some things, but tomorrow I will be near the Sony store located in the Denver, Colorado area, but due to me traveling I need to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you to whomever may take the time in reading this to assist me.

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours > repair your phone with PCC

Thank you for the quick response. I think I tried this earlier today but I believe i pressed both volume keys and the power key. I am trying now, and thanks again.

I just tried what was described but PCC is still not recognizing any device connected.

And you kept the phone charging for 3 hours with a wall charger, not a computer nor a Dock?

Yes it was plugged into an outlet using an adapter for the 3 hours. It was only moved to the computer, and usb port upon trying the PCC.

Hey I was going to have to hop off for about the next 3 hours to try and catch some sleep. I'll be attempting to contact Sony support at that time, but I wanted to thank you for all of your help, and let you know how much I appreciate it.
