Xperia™ Z5 Premium Dual died after 3 months

Hello there,

I'm in Canada. I have a Xperia Z5 bought from amazon.ca. Details as follow.
It suddenly black out and stop working today. This is the 4th time it happens, and I cannot turn it on this time.
I tried every available way to fix it but nothing helps. (Reset button, 5 seconds, 120 seconds. Power button and Volume Down button, charging 12 hours, Xperia companion software.) Nothing works.
This is the third months after careful use. And this phone is totally down now.
Sony Canada can't deal with it due to international policy, they ask me to contact you for a repair.
Could you help me to see what you can do or schedule a repair or replacement?
Situation: totally black, could not turn on or charge, tried every fix already. Latest software. Went totally black after morning alarms and remain that way.

When you say reset button, are you talking about the pinhole near the Sim slot? Are you sure that the device is off? What happen if you connect the charger? Is the device unexpectedly warm?

When did you buy the device did you check if that was an international version!? In your receipt you should see what you bought, if it doesn't specify it's an international version Amazon and/or the seller is liable and one of the two has to replace the device or honor warranty.
