xperia z5 premium 4K capturing problem

hello, 

whenever I change the camera mode from picture to video, it lags until I change the resolution from HD (60fpt) to VGA and viceversa to make it fluent, but when I start to capture it does so but with lags again, the same problem for 4k video capturing.

Is it normal or something's wrong?

Could you test it in safe mode

I test it and it was more smooth than in normal mode.also the background defocus mode was better than that of normal.

what should I do?

where are you saving the videos ? (SD card or internal storage)

Its not perfect but better than normal boot,specially for defocuse background mode(this mode doesn't function in normal boot).

Its really annoying, I can't even capture HD videos; just VGA! I stopped all pics n videos's related apps its not functioning,though.

do you have any idea?

Hard to tell, but you could uninstall app by app until you find the culprit
