Xperia Z3+ Screen Cracked & Touch not working..

So my Xperia X3+ has sadly given up the ghost and the touch screen does not work at all. I've tried using a OTG mouse which for some reason also dosent work. Does anyone know how to back up the phone so i dont lose all my data before i send it off to be fixed?

Hi @ashleymag123,

After you have connected the adapter and USB mouse, restart your device so that they can be recognized by the device. To restart your device you can press and hold the power button and volume up button until the device vibrates.
