Recently purchased a cell phone Xperia Z3+ (E6553), and perform all system updates that sends Sony:
Android 6.0.1
Compilation: 32.2.A.0.253
The cell in question presents an ugly error when I connect the audio output of some auxiliary stereo or just one male to male cable, however, this problem does not occur when I connect any type of headphones.
The error is that when I connect a "male to male cable" into the headphone jack to connect the auxiliary of any sound system, displayed at the top notification bar a new icon (which by the way is cumbersome), this new headphones connected icon flashes at least five times, it is as if you play with the connector to remove it and put it; this problem does not occur in any of the at least 5 different headphones I've tested and on the other hand if it happens with all the other cables used for auxiliary audio equipment.
The icon in the notification bar says to be associated with a service called "Phone: call manager" which makes no sense either.
I also found something new in the system and I think it is related to the problem: in the section "audio effects -> Automatic optimization" says this function will analyze the type of headphones connected to achieve better audio etc .... etc; however it does not change anything to activate or deactivate this function.
Application "smart connect" behaves as if connect and disconnect the headphones and repeated many times the programmed actions
Is there anything I can do to correct the problem?
Hi,
Thanks for answering and tip.
Already I followed the instructions to enter safe mode but continues the same problem.
Just to comment also that eventhough in safe mode "Will the applications disabled", the application of "smart connect" and the event that I have when I connect the plug, were active.
the problem persists.
Regards.
