Phone freezes and nothing helps despite doing everything the technicians tells me to do

My phone started freezing a couple of months ago. I have been rebooting it sometimes a couple of times a day.

I sent it for repairs but the workshop told be it probably because of some app ive downloaded and installed that makes it malfunction. They send it back to me. So ive tried set it back to fabric installation and it did not help. Ive tried uninstalling the recent apps to see if it helps. It did not. Ive tried entering the phone in safe mode to see if it works better in that mode, as instructed by the website. But it malfunction in safe mode as well. Does this mean the problem doesnt lie within the apps?

Is it worth sending it back to the workshop or are they just gonna keep blaming me/the apps?

What do I do? Ive tried everything...

Thanx. Although I dont understand why this would be necessary. The workshop told me they updated the software. Shouldnt they be the ones doing all this? I mean, why send the phone back to me if they havent done everything they can first?

Also, is this the next step after a factory reset didnt work? I mean, if a factory reset dont work - why should this?

Just trying to understand...

I just remembered that my phone, just before these problem started, showed me a notice on the screen saying 'overheated' and then shut down. Could this be the reason its malfunctioning? Is the hardware fried? What can I or the workshop do about this if I send it back?
