Xperia Z3 Dual not charging

I have a phone Xperia Z3 Dual
I have a problem in charging the phone charger that came with the knowledge that the charger from Sony TM
Charger works with any other phone
USB cable is not work with the phone when connected to a computer
Please help .....

Does your PC has USB port 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0?

On your PC

start > control panel > system properties > hardware >device manager and expand the USB section under the power options tab you can see the power specs ect

no my phone not charge with another charger or other cable or ather coumputer 

the charger work with other phone and cable so
