Xperia Z3 Dual not charging

I have a phone Xperia Z3 Dual
I have a problem in charging the phone charger that came with the knowledge that the charger from Sony TM
Charger works with any other phone
USB cable is not work with the phone when connected to a computer
Please help .....

Try a different computer, does it work with other computers? perhaps the voltage on your computer USB is to low to charge the phone.
