xperia z3 d6603 no service suddenly

good day everyone

please help,. my z3 d6603 suddenly is not getting any cellular signal

i've tried a hard reset, and my sim works in all other fones

tried another sim in my z3..same issue.

im now trying a repair via pc companion

phone recognises the sim but no signal at all

i've sent to vodacom..they came up with some BS story or physical damage.which there is none.phone never been dropped at all

everything else from what i've tested is is working fine

ive read it might be the antenna board?

From what you've written I'm afraid it seems that you have tried most of what you can on your own and that your phone is in need of service. You can contact your Local support team for more information on how you can get your phone sent to an authorised service center.

now why couldnt vodacom do that?
