You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.
Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).
Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

Try holding the power key and the Volume Up key for around 15 seconds, the handset will turn off, from here try turning the device back on.
Backup the handset and then follow the instructions above.
i did that today
but it ddint work either it boots into a bootopp
showing sony then turning off and it keeps repeating the same process
Did you try going through the software repair as stated above?
it didnt work
seems like a hardware issue
im taking it to the service center
Hi All,
I have sent my xperia to Sony twice, in the first one they replaced some parts and the USB, when it came back I tried it with the magnetic charger but it had the same issue, the led flashes all time and the battery is not loading (no problem with charging it with the USB).
The second time I sent the xperia with the magnetic charger, they replace the same parts plus the battery. It came back to me yesterday. After loading the battery with the USB cable (until 80%) I tried the magnetic charger with the same results.
Do you think it is normal? Why didn't they try to load the battery with the magnetic charger? Would you send it again?
Please, give me your opinion.
Thanks in advance.
