Hi!
I'm sorry to hear that. Did you try manually adding the network? Go to Wi-Fi and press the "+" button and configure your internet.
Good luck.
Hello,
I'm not sure if you are experiencing the same issue but a friend of mine who has a Z2 also had Wifi problems and he managed to identify that it's the Bluetooth that's causing it to malfunction.
Apparently it's the firmware, so a temporary solution would be to check if you have Bluetooth turned on or not. If it is turned on, turn it off and see if that helps.
If it does then I would say it's the same issue.
To my knowledge currently there are no permanent fixes to this besides downgrading your firmware to the previous version.
Let me know if the Bluetooth solution works, I'll be keeping an eye out on this thread for my friend too
Yes, I tried manually adding the network but it did not solve my problem.
I've read your solution from other websites. Also I tried it;
at first, it seems to be solve my problem but after 5 or 10 minutes, problem occurs again
Sorry. I mean if you have the time and if it's bothering you a lot maybe try downgrading the firmware? If it doesnt solve it then just upgrade it again.
disable bluetooth is not the answer
Also I changed security level of wireless modem, n- mode vs vs.
I can not try to change mhz mode of my modem (2.4 to 5 ) because my modem do not have 5mhz option.
let me try,
is there any link which explains how to ?
I have experience these same problem in my network office, it was always looping in "obtaining address", what i did, is set an fixed ip to the mobile and did work, what i have experience like a lot of other users, is the unstable conection, sometimes it looks like the internet is down (but its up and runing) and is still connected to the network (these don't happen with a certain time).
In my opinion, try to reboot ur modem, put a fixed ip to the mobile and try again.
