i hope someone from sony reads this, because your customer service.
ive had this god terrible phone since June, JUNE and i've recently went back to my HTC ONE M7 and here is why,
First off, this thing crashed 3 times daily. DAILY. ill be surfing the web sending a text whatever. boop dead. RIGHT ON
then, on facebook messanger for what ever reason, i have never ever been able to voice chat on there, what does it do? freeze.
then watching videos, if i try to skip ahead. you guessed it locks up.
headphone jack went boop dead as well. SOLID machine.
thank you so much for releasing this bad phone. there is really not one good thing to say about it. i will make sure not another person buys this phone or any other SONY phones. since this phone obviously is crap.
i could start in abot the new bravia TV i bought that randomly wont shut off some times, and the smart features are slower than dial up.
or the sony digital camera i got that while wearing it at an event. no jewellery on anything managed to scratch the screen i had it for 3 days. and sony doesnt care.
whatever though. bring on the flame. sony wake up. this is why you lose more than you make these days. your product is inferior.
