Not accessing google store

I have just bought sony xperia sp a week ago, and i have followed the installation guide and installed mcafee and all. the issue is that i have created a gmail account which was successfully done but i cannot access the google store app, it keeps saying no connection when am on wifi, but i am using already installed apps on wifi and they are working fine. please help, what needs to be done, this really frustrated me

Goto setting>apps>all>Google play

Clear cache and data...force stop and reboot phone..also remove your Google account and add it again

I recommend you dont use any kind of antivirus task killer battery saver and etc
