Xperia Z2 Touch Screen Issue

Xperia Z2 is an awesome fone, but i am having a little issue and has no clue about what to do.
It works completly fine while using on Wifi or Mobile Data on 3G speed, but when ever i am not in 3G coverage area, and Mobile data works at Slower speed i.e Edge [E] my screen stops responding after 10-12 seconds, I have to restart the fone and turn off mobile data right after restarting, to make it work again, the screen Doesnt work when it is mobile data is at slower speed...
Need Help any solutions for it?

That's probably a third-party app acting up, whenever you are on Edge boot on safe mode and report back.

I booted the phone in safe mode the problem is still there...

I also have replaced the Screen twice, so I think its not the Hardware issue..

You should get it inspected by your Local support, more so bc the screen was replaced twice, perhaps the antenna was damaged in the process.
