I just bought a new sony xperia z2 and side panel were loose so i took the phone to service centre and they took 10 days to repair a side panel but after few days of usage of my repaired z2 phone same problem still exist. its just a month old phone how can i accept a defective peice for 50,000 bucks.i dont know what to do i have asked for a replacement unit kindly suggest something what to do...
What do you mean with 'Loose' ?
Is it just a small gap or did it fell of the screen completely. That's a difference

means it fall off every now then.. and sony service is not giving me a replacement model really pissed off right now..
Actually I'm done with so called sony service center employees with their ill-mannered attitude and fradulent schemes to con consumers by assuring them that the model will be replaced at the time submission of phone and then after few days when ask for the status for your phone they tell it'll only get repaired and not replaced. I dont want repaired handset for 50 thousand.
I have decided to take legal action against sony and the sony service center at connaught place New delhi and their **bleep**Head Manager Deepak Kohli.
i have filed a law suit against sony and the dealer who sold it to me and i suggeest you to do the same.
