After updating to lollipop I have been unable to connect my PS3 controllers to my Xperia Z1
When connecting it is asking me for a passcode to connect the controllers, but nothing will let them sync up.
I am connecting the controller to the phone via a wire to begin with, then the bluetooth should connect when I disconnect the wire.
unfortunately this is not happening at all.
Help would be greatly apreciated.
Kind regards,
David
Settings > apps > all > smartconnect > clear data > retart your phone > settings > bluetooth > PS3 controller > unpair > restart the phone > try again.
I managed to get one controller to connect wirelessly, but I was unable to make 2 connect.
is there maybe an app that can take care of this better on the market, or is there something else that I should be doing?
I could not see an option to disconnect the PS3 controller.
It now keeps coming up again asking for a pincode for both controllers.
I should also add that when I try to connect controller 2, controller 1 automatically dosconnects.
Beforehand I was able to connect the controllers via cable, push the PS button and then it would connect automatically.
Is there maybe a way to go back to the previous version f the bluetooth / PS3 controller connectivity?
Thanks for your help, will post a solution for others if I receive one.
