xperia.z2 problems. Help!!!

My sony xperia z2 which is about 3 months old is giving the following problems:
(1) flap cover for the sim card & usb port keeps popping out. I thought of its durability before buying thr phone but never expected this problem to happen so soon.
(2) after activating the phone.from sleep mode via either double tap or pressing the side button, the next step is to flick upward on the screen to ho to homescreen (i do not have.any security function), but.instead of going to home screen, it often goes to playstore page. I realized that playstore was not what I visited the last time my phone was used and I have moved the playstore.shortcut from one.homepage to a different location but the problem still persist.

Can someone enlighten me on solving this problem? In the meantime I hope to hear from anyone who has the same problem too.

Not really sure whats going on with your phone, But why not give a try to do a software repair with PC Companion?

Hi, there has been a few posts before regarding the Flaps 'popping' open whilst either just sitting on a table or even in peoples pockets!!!!! Could you lay your phone flat to check that it is not showing any sign of being flexed first? Only other thing i would suggest is to take it back to where you bought it or your nearest Xperia Care Centre.......

With regards to the screen always going to Playstore when you unlock it....try changing the way you unlock the phone, just a test to see if it still happens......try perhaps putting a PIN code in for unlocking or maybe a Pattern......
