Hi Sir/Mam, I Mohit Thapar is suffering from a big flaw in your handset Xperia Z2 which i bought on 6th of June 2014, got it replaced in 20 days and then again new device with the same hardware issue but no response from either Sony Care or Sony service centre as both the departments just reply that they don't have the power to take a call and keep shifting the responsibility on each other.
i made the first complaint within 2 days of purcahse, and second time it was on the very first day i got a replced device, everytime same issue and now they want that i should get it repaered, which customer will agree to get their brand new phone repaired for which he has already waited for 20 days to get replacement, and then such hardware issue all over again within 1 day.

What exactly was/is the 'hardware' problem.......perhaps someone can help from here if you clarify what the fault is?
Haven't you gotten used to this. Sony Customer Service is adequate.
But in countries like India, KSA, (the south of Asia really), the customer service is horrible. It's not just Sony, it's everyone, including HTC and Samsung. (I've had experience with all three).

Or demanding a Recall from Sony 'cause their Z2 came with a Smartband & not the Noise Cancelling Headphones 
Sell the new Smartband or whatever you got & BUY the headphones.....simple 
My whole body is shaking and creating some noise, as if there is some loosing on back or side panel, its so frustrating, the biggest thing which sony boost in advertisement, the superior build is actually a big issue in this phone, now they asking me to repair it, which customer in this world would agree to get their brand new flagship product repaired within 2 days of the fault?
have used 7 nsony phones till now, which includes xperia play to xperia s, z and now z2 as well, all my family use this brand, and this is what i am getting from such a brand loyality.
