Xperia Z1 - WiFi Proxy not working

I could not able to browse internet on my office wifi network. I am using VPN software to connect office network. 

I have modified wifi proxy to manual and given proxy http and port number but unfortunately it is not working.

I tried in other brand of andriod phone,  same configuration is working and i am able to access internet on browser and applications.

You need to go to settings-wifi-tap longer on your network-modify-scroll down to show advanced options-manual-enter the proxy ip and port and save.Use google chrome because it imports settings.
