Xperia z1. Voice notes and videos stop playing

Hey guys. Having issues with my Xperia. Z1
When I try listen to voice notes, not even a second passes and it stops playing the voice note. Same thing happens when I am watching YouTube videos.

Any suggestions out there?

Not sure about this, but it might be a low memory problem. Did you try if restarting your device fixes the problem even temporarily?
