Cannot delete messages

I cant delete themsg in my inbox ,every time i press the sign "delete" it loads and after a few mins still theres the msg i want to delete.
I tried to delete all the msg in the conversation but after that my fone starts to restart.. I try it many times but still nothing happen

Whats the best way to solve my prob in my fone other than reformating it...

how about settings > apps > all > messaging > clear data > restart the phone.

If it's an email, check in settings for the option "delete off server"

I tried your suggestion, but still nothing happen.. My fone start to restart again. I itried it twice but still my fone starts to automatic restart after loading
