xperia z1 randomly vibrates

hi my sony xperia z1 with android 4.4.4 randomly vibrates for about a second but with no notification or anything coming up, even if the phone is locked, its not a big deal just wondering if it could be a setting somewhere or an issue with something.

The same happen to me, a month ago, my phone suddenly started vibrating randomly with diferent rithms and intensities. The only thing i did was turn it off, then it stopped (because blockin it didnt work). When i turned on the phone it wasnt the same anymore: the vibrating has no the same intensity, it almost doesnt feel now, its too weak

(My english isnt so good sorry if there are any rare sentences)
