Xperia z1 - PlayStation Mobile and PlayStation app don't work.

Hello All,

After updating the playing app software to the newest version I never get a box to enter in the number from the PS4 so I can add the device. Is there something I am issing to get the box to appear? I am currently click on 'Connect to PS$ and then trying to click on the 'Connect to PS4' that is on this page. The only thing on this page that seems to let me interact with it(other than top and bottom bars) is the 'How to Connect' box, which only tells me to enter the code in =/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First make sure that your phone and PS4 are connected to the same wireless network and also try clearing data for the PlayStation app under Settings -> Apps and see if that helps.
