Xperia Z1 keeps on freezing and rebooting

Dear Xperia Technical Support,

I've experience this promblem after I had a Application crash. my screen suddenly stops working and it automatically restarted the phone. upto now my phone is keeping on restarting. I cant even go or use any application. I luckily I was able to enter into Safe Mode after several tries. I think the problem is with the Pre-installed Mc Afee security. I've noticed that everytime it starts scanning my phone, it will freeze all activities and restart.

If you remove the antivirus,how is it?

It is working now.. I've enter Safe Mode then I force stop the Anti Virus and restart.. I did not uninstall it.. I think its the problem yung the rooting of the folder when I've updated to 4.4 Kitkat. It happened before on one of my application that is accessing my external SD Card..
