We have 2 Xperia z1 and both have the same major bug. If we phone anyone (as we do all day) and they are engaged (engaged tone) Then the END CALL button DOES NOT WORK! We are just stuck waiting for it to time out (ages) or have to reboot the phone.
We have the same problem on both phones and have tried the repair function and reinstalling from scratch (really wish we hadnt as it took ages to get it back to where it was)
Call to support didint help as they said it was just our handsets and no other....
Anyone else tested if this happens with their handsets?

Which software version do you have in the phones and which operator are you using? You can see software version under Settings -> About phone.
We are both using 3 network. Software is 14.1.G.2.257

hey...this happens to me as well...when i call someone and the line is busy..., i press end and it gets stuck....i can press the power off button too...and the screen will turn off, but i can still hear the busy tone....
i have to turn off the phone or wait around 10 to 15 seconds for it to stop by itself...
Which software version and operator are you using in the phone?
I have a similar issue. Eveytime I call and the line is engaged I can't hang up but need to wait for about 10 or so seconds for my phone to drop the busy tone.
Have you tried updating the software in your phone using PC Companion or Bridge for Mac?This should not happen in the latest version of the phones software (14.1.G.2.257).
