xperia z1 continious vibration and camera picture pixalated

I purchased xperia z1 a week back and suddenly while using the whatsapp, it start vibrating continously. I reset my phone and all my data gone and then i updated the phone with sony update service software, As soon as i updated the phone then after that only it started vibrating again. Please let me know what should i do ? I tried to see the currently running apps and in that Android crash handller making phone continously vibrate. If i stop the android crash handler then phone stop vibrating for a second then it start again and android crash handler comes in currently running again .

With above i see that being 20 Mega pixle camera it picture are wors then my old iphone 4 (which had 5 Mega pixle camera). I am gettting worse picture and i tried all the manual setting or automatic setting it gives bad picture only.. All picture pixalted.

I am very disapointed with this, After spending 40K i am getting these issue. I am not sure whether it is software problem or hardware problem, 

I want these things to get resolved as soon as possible, Please suggest what should i do?

Regarding your first issue, please contact your local Xperia Care team to have your handset assessed by an authorised repair agent.

Hi,

For the first issue, i will take my phone to local sony support center.

For the second issue, Before posting the message in this forum, I tried all the sugestion and even i read every message about camera problem. But with following all suggestions and tried all the option still picture taken is pixalated. Please let me know should i go to support center for this issue also ? 

(I really miss my iphone4, I think i made a big mistake leaving iphone4 and going to Sony Xperia Z1).
