xperia Z1 compact update to the android kitkat 4.4.2 failed

Hi everyone i just tried to update my z1 compact to the Google Android 4.4 Kitkat i made all the steps according to Sony pc companion and when i finished i turn on my device and nothing happens i still have the andriod jelly bean
