Sir How Can I Do While i updating the sony pc companion on my computer and phone is processing , and i plug the usb drive and it hangs.. the computer stock and my phone, when i start my phone it says the software update failed,make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again. how can i open it again..

Go into PC companion and click on support zone-phone/tablet update-repair phone/tablet and follow the steps given.

How can I do a downgrade to a stock previous version of Android? Since I did the upgrade to KitKat 4.4 my Xperia Z1 Compact is having some issues and troubles. Can you help me?
