are Both SIM 3G enabled?

Hi, I have activated 3G on my both SIM card. However I am not getting 3G on SIM 2 it shows E on network. Hence I had called with network provider to confirm that my 3G is activated on both SIM and they said that my SIM 3G is activated. But my mobile's SIM 2 slot is not 3G enabled. Could you please let me know whether both SIM card slot is 3G enabled or not? Regard, Ajay

SIM 1 is 3G enabled and SIM 2 is 2G enabled

General

2G Network	GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2
3G Network	HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - SIM 1
SIM	Dual SIM (Micro-SIM, dual stand-by)

After kitkat, they made both slots 3g enabled. I can use 3g either on sim1 or sim2. But yeah, on sim2, its little buggy. Sometimes, it shows 2g
