Xperia Z1 camera issue

I'm open the service test and test about camera, But it said that " Auto-Focus Failed". When I use Camera to take a photo, It doesn't focus to anything, no infiniti, no auto focus, no macro, when i use finger to focus, it is the same. :(( please help me.

Backup all your data and then perform a system repair if it is still the same then you would possibly have a hardware fault and would need to seek further help from a Sony authorised service centre

Backup & restore

To perform a software repair, please follow the below instructions.

Download PC Companion

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
